每個人的體質與當時用餐的情況不同,宜按自己的狀況來決定,只要舒服就可以。進食後不要立刻坐下來,也不要立刻投入工作中。應該是站起來活動一下,有助於身心舒緩,讓胃腸道不在緊繃的神經下來進行消化以及蠕動。
