確實有此事。促銷2017年第四季及2018年第一季日本旅客赴台，鼓勵申請單位對3人以上的團體，進行招募赴台四天三夜至少停留3夜之行程，提供委託或分攤部分招募費用；活動日期自2017年11月28日起至2018年2月18日期間實施，日本旅客於該期間赴台者均適用，旅行社或航空公司都可以此包裝行程。
