國際市場研究機構益普索（Ipsos）最近公布了「2016年全球無知國家排行榜」，前三名分別是印度、中國、台灣。多數台灣人的反應幾乎都是拿來自嘲，卻很少人去看這個研究結果是怎樣作出來的。但我實在很好奇這份研究，所以就讀完了整份報告。 既然是排行榜，那就一定有評分的方式以及項目，台灣到底在哪些項目上得分很高呢？答案是，幾乎都很高。本研究原本的名稱是「認知的危險性（PERILS OF PERCEPTI

文章用「全球無知國家」調查做為引子，不過其實細查該調查實際問的問題，其實是針對「估計多少國人在道德上無法接受同性戀」「估計多少國人接受墮胎」「估計 70% 貧窮的國人拿走多少比例的財富」等國內議題，測試各國人「認知的本國現實」跟「現實」之間的差距。
