在連結中的文章談論到希拉蕊，究竟有沒有棄台，事實上目前證據不足，「在希拉蕊電郵檔案中，這封電郵的話題到此為止，也沒有找到與此相關的其他電郵，所以我們不知道在國務院內部當時有沒有進一步的討論，有可能國務院進一步討論了，但公佈的電郵中沒有收錄；也有可能這個議題並沒有真正進入國務院的討論議程。這需要更多的解密文檔才能下判斷。」因此對於原文的評論屬於滑坡謬誤。
