標題的寫法會讓人誤以為施打疫苗導致死亡，但實際上疫苗的原理是將病毒或細菌的抗原或遺傳物質打入人體，刺激免疫系統產生抗體，以便在真正接觸到該病原體時可以迅速產生免疫反應，降低感染、嚴重疾病與死亡的發生。100%的死者都曾經飲食或進行活動，但死因並非攝食或是活動。
