此為二次詐騙，以假LINE群組或訊息，在網路張貼可透過駭客技術或有特殊管道(例如:網路追款專員)，可以協助追回遭詐騙款項貼文，再要求加入指定LINE ID進行詳談，並以各種名目要求你繳交「手續費」或「保證金」(例如:要以博奕方式賺回等)。
