根據6月10日新公布修正「道路交通管理處罰條例」，調高汽車裝載貨物脫落、掉落及裝載危險物品未依規定車道行駛的罰責；接送未滿7歲兒童上、下車者，臨時停車不受3分鐘限制；交通違規案件舉發期限由3個月縮短為2個月等規定，行政院已核定2020年12月1日起施行。
