台南市消防局救災救護指揮中心晚間9時多接獲通報，有輛大客車在小東地下道發生車禍，緊急出動鄰近分隊4部救護車前往救援，抵達現場後，發現該車為空車，僅駕駛1人驚魂未定站在事故現場。救護人員抵達現場後，發現原來是大客車誤闖機慢車道，無人受傷，但車子全毀。
