只知道個資(含網銀帳號 密碼)的情況下，不用經由實體驗證(插上金融卡或是透過手機驗證)的，只能轉帳給約定帳戶。(這些帳戶需要事先去銀行申請約定)
無論你怎麼操作，絕對無法轉帳給"陌生人"

人，帳戶存款慘遭盜光。
高以馨透露對方說她個資外洩，她便聽從指示說出身分證字號，之後她主動打給銀行要求
凍結帳戶，不料為時已晚，銀行說沒有與她的通話記錄，她大驚之後去查帳，發現帳戶已
被領空，只剩幾塊錢而已，之後雖然警方把詐騙集團帳戶凍結，但高以馨的錢已經被領走
