此人會騎著腳踏車在高雄市區找一條人行道，之後把他的腳踏車停在旁邊，站在那邊拿著他的水 故意講電話裝忙（其實他根本沒有講電話），然後隨機找一個騎著機車的路人，故意把手伸過去被撞，之後讓機車騎士停下機車關心他，這時候你（妳）就是他眼中的肥羊了，他會跟機車騎士說 被你撞到了 我手好痛手指頭腫起來 要你賠他醫藥費讓他去看醫生檢查一下，不然就是他要叫警察來，現在的人為了不要惹麻煩能不要報警就不要，後來要你包個1500至2000不等的紅包給他當醫藥費，還會很大聲的說並把他的錢包拿出來給你看說，你看我錢包裡面那麼多錢我根本沒有要騙你的意思 我錢那麼多騙你幹嘛？！#其實那些錢都是他去騙來的 他就是跟那種故意跑出來被撞的人一樣故意製造假車禍跟你要錢
