1111人力銀行副總經理李大華表示，根據調查結果，上班族平均自備新台幣1170萬元的退休金，才敢退休；且自估每月開銷需要3萬元，以政府退休制度的退休金262萬元，僅能提供7年3個月的支出。若65歲退休，退休金用到72歲就沒了，與國人平均餘命80歲相差甚遠，現行退休相關制度顯然不足，導致上班族不敢退休。
