本文是2004年任台大醫院外科加護病房主任的柯文哲接受壹週刊刊採訪的採訪內容，當時專題題目是「不回家的人」，共有5人受訪。那時，柯文哲才45歲，還沒投書報紙反省台大醫院上下對趙建銘案的態度，也還不是邵曉玲、連勝文的醫師，也還沒爆發愛滋患者器官移植案。
