確有此事，勞動部訂定「哺集乳室與托兒設施措施設置標準及經費補助辦法」，針對雇主辦理哺(集)乳室、托兒設施或措施者，不限事業單位規模大小皆可申請經費補助，為能讓企業申請服務快速方便，提供線上申請服務。

雇主設置哺(集)乳室與托兒設施措施補助經費第一期申請，自1月1日起至2月28日止，欲申請之事業單位請至企業托兒與哺(集)乳室資訊網「線上申請補助專區」填寫申請書表並列印，以郵寄方式，向申請單位所在地縣市政府勞工、社會局(處)提出申請。
