2017臺北世界大學運動會開幕在即，為確保賽事順利進行及人員安全，臺北市政府結合災害防救演習及106年全民防衛動員(民安3號)暨反恐(金華)演習，於3月30日(星期四)下午2時30分在世大運開閉幕地點的臺北田徑場周邊，進行實兵演練，驗證各單位整備情形及緊急應變能力。此次實兵演習有多項創舉，包括：(一)首次協調國軍憲兵特勤隊及602旅UH-60黑鷹直升機參與演練；(二)演習全程網路直播，全世界均可同
