假的。內政部晚間發出新聞稿表示，特定人士於社群網站臉書（facebook）揭露內政部要修姓名條例，只能用羅馬拼音，是刻意曲解、抹黑，內政部嚴正駁斥。
未來姓名條例修正，以中文登記姓名原則不變。至於例外單獨以羅馬拼音為姓名登記方式，將參考各機關及族群意見審慎研議。
