沒有說是蕉農亂種。蘇嘉全以過去擔任過農委會主委的經驗表示，今年農作豐收加上天候因素，所以讓整體水果價格下跌，並非是行政部會沒有作為。沒有颱風，蕉農會滿收，產量過剩，這是種循環，所以不是哪一個單位不會控制生產。
