最近接到自稱「三民網路書店」客服人員的電話,請提高警覺小心有詐!

上月底「三民網路書店」疑似會員交易個資外洩，許多消費者接到假冒網站客服及銀行人員的詐騙電話，以訂單出錯為由,要求消費者操作提款機解除，短短兩週被騙民眾就達108人！

防詐小撇步：
1.陌生人來電提到「訂單設定錯誤」、「重複訂購」或「會員等級設定錯誤」等詐騙關鍵字就要提高警覺，提款機沒有任何解除扣款或設定功能，陌生電話要求操作提款機就是詐騙！

2.詐騙集團會竄改來電顯示號碼，假冒為購物網站或銀行客服電話，請觀察來電顯示開頭有沒有出現「+」字號，若有「+」號，代表發話地點在國外，明顯就是詐騙！
