國防部年金改革最新版本草案，服役滿20年，退休俸以退伍前5年平均月薪（含本俸、專業加給、主管加給、志願役加給）之45%為基礎，年資每多一年，增加2.5%。將官上限為65%，校尉官上限70%，士官為75%。優存的部分應會比照公教，在六年後歸零。大致是這樣。
