法務部擬將旅館業列入防毒特定營業場所，要求業者通報可疑毒品人士，否則開罰，法務部政務次長陳明堂強調，這項措施是以知悉為前提，並非無限上綱地要求業者，但還是引起業者疑慮。交通部觀光局旅宿組組長陳瓊華說，法務部曾邀旅宿業者及觀光局開會，在防毒上，考慮將民宿、旅館列為特定營業場所，並非特種行業。
