重點不應該是什麼食物會造成什麼影響。而是當我們面對現在的各種食品加工品,都要「合理的懷疑」,並且學習基本的「食安知識」,自己推理。不要過度相信「食品不安全」的危言聳聽,也不要過度信任特定食品。
