長庚毒物科主任顏宗海認為，業者雖標榜耐高溫到110度，但到40度以上溫度，美耐皿就可能一些三聚氰胺跑出來。如果表面有毀損加上高溫，更容易加速甲醛或三聚氰胺的釋出。
