醫管局發出的通知：

這次的流感很嚴重，有預防的方式，就是要保持喉嚨黏膜的濕潤，不能讓喉嚨乾燥，因此一定不要忍耐不喝水，喉嚨的黏膜乾燥，在10分鐘內病毒就能入侵體內。每次喝50-80cc的溫水，孩子30-50cc，依年齡大小，覺得喉嚨有點乾就喝，不要考慮，也不要忍一下，手邊要保持有水可以提供喝才行，水不用一次喝很多，那樣是沒用的，很快排出體外，而是要一直保持喉嚨濕潤不乾燥才是正確。

在3月底前，人多的地方暫時不要去，坐地鐵或公車，有需要請帶口罩。炸物辣食先暫停，維他命c要補充夠。
