本補助須經過與縣府契約之醫院及牙醫診所協助填寫診治計畫書，並透過彰化縣牙醫師公會及縣府審核，本縣今年低收入戶及中低收入老人裝置假牙補助契約診所計有145家，另補助65歲以上老人裝置全口假牙契約診所143家。
