我們反對貿然引進「硬性專利連結」制度而忽視我國醫藥產業環境，但既然已修法通過，建請行政院珍惜重要外交籌碼，倘需要犧牲國家藥品產業、健保藥品支出及國民健康，必須以謀求國家最大外交或經濟利益為前提，換得「我國與美國簽訂自由貿易協定」或「我國加入CPTPP 或類似區域經貿協定」，始能有利於國家永續發展。
