【綜合報導】為落實「2025非核家園」政策，行政院昨宣布「綠能屋頂、全民參與」行動方案，鼓勵全民在建物屋頂安裝太陽能板，政府將補助全額規劃費用及40%建置費，盼在2020年可產生300萬瓩（3GW）電力，約等於台中電廠6部機組發電能量。已裝設的民眾說，賣電平均月入1萬多元，比銀行利息還好賺。 賴清德裁示推動綠能屋頂，補助裝設太陽能板。下圖為太陽光電社區人間清境。設計畫面
