台灣睡眠醫學學會大眾教育委員會主席、臨床心理師吳家碩說,酒精沒有助眠效果。因酒精會破壞睡眠結構,喝酒入睡的人如同被打昏,沒有熟睡。酒是利尿劑,睡前喝酒,半夜如廁次數會增加,無法有完整的睡眠,長期下來,恐造成免疫力下降,或酒精上癮。
