看似紙類，卻不能回收的材質，如電子發票、ATM提款單、感熱紙、標籤紙，還有防水防油的PE薄膜紙容器，都必須另外分類，但往往被拿來當成一般紙類回收，民眾對於紙類回收正確分類應該再加強推廣。
