為服務父母或監護人以外之實際照顧者、不方便採網路或ATM領取的民眾，教育部今日再宣布，從今年7月15日起全臺各郵局櫃檯也會加入服務的行列，因此，還沒有請領孩童家庭防疫補貼的民眾，自7月15日起可就近洽各郵局辦理；第一階段所提供的網路、實體ATM，以及本階段新加入的郵局臨櫃服務，都將受理孩童家庭防疫補貼作業到9月30日為止。
