美國國家衛生院（英語：National Institutes of Health，縮寫為NIH），隸屬於美國衛生及公共服務部，是美國聯邦政府中首要的生物醫學研究機構。
EUA是由FDS授權而不是NIH。

高端取得美國國家衛生研究院(NIH)的授權,幾乎可說是奇蹟。高端原本就認識NIH的人,知悉NIH授權給莫德納後就詢問能否也授權高端,想不到NIH竟然同意,致高端與莫德納成為NIH全球唯二授權的廠商。高端除取得NIH提供的病毒株外,也使用NIH推荐的佐劑(很貴但很有效。莫德納透過mRNA促進反應,高端則透過佐劑)。這次擴大二期臨床花費數億元,招募3900名受試者(包括7百多名超過65歲者),打二劑後一個月中研院分析結果為陽轉率99.8%,中和抗体效價為662(達AZ的3.4倍,依EUA審查標準,AZ的0.67倍就及格),如此成績值得國人欣慰。那種將國人心血比喻為符水的無知惡劣行為,只有台灣的敵人才製作得出來。
