農糧署會媒合有包裝資材的包裝場來協助農民，亦會補助截切場將蔬菜加工，而規格較大的蔬菜、地方政府無法消化的蔬菜，農糧署會收購、轉供給食物銀行或是慈幼單位；地方政府若推出蔬菜箱，亦可向農糧署申請運費補助；倘若農民有資金週轉問題，農糧署也有紓困利息補貼。
