中選會表示，11月26日舉行投票，因中央流行疫情指揮中心尚未解除佩戴口罩規定，投票日請選舉人佩戴口罩進入投票所投票，佩戴之口罩不得印有候選人姓名、號次或影像等標識或符號。依「公職人員選舉罷免法」第56條規定，投票日不得從事競選、助選活動，違反者，依同法第110條規定，處50萬元以上、5百萬元以下罰鍰。
