假的，內容漏洞百出。首先沒有『新北市政府刑事警察局』這個單位，而是『新北市政府警察局刑事警察大隊』，法律文書收送也不會透過網路傳達給當事人，員警更不會私下用LINE與民眾聯繫，這些都是詐騙。
