影片內的投影片有諸多誤解，如果有糾紛，雇主提告後，地檢署起訴後就可以申請廢聘，如果期間外勞跑掉，則可檢具相關事證送勞動部專案廢聘。另外訴訟期間外勞不符合安置要點規，但是可以先辦轉出，以維護雇主的權利。
