這個方案就是目前的大4G 199方案，「差別在於原本的免費行動上網量500MB之外，再加送5GB或10GB當優惠，資格不限 NP、續約、新辦都可以」，並指出該方案名額不限，綁約可選1年或2年，要注意的是申辦期限只到2018年11月11日。
