台電將全台用戶分為A到I一共9組，民眾若想知道自身組別，可以查看電費帳單，確認輪流停電組別，其中，H、I、J三組為國防、交通等特殊用途，則不列入限電範圍，其餘民生用電戶共6組，若有需要將會分組輪流限電，每輪各停50分鐘。
