人民的稅金不能濫用。民間的捐贈必定會比公家機關快速，不管哪一個政黨執政都一樣。因為民間捐贈不需要其他任何人監督，而公家機關採購需要緊急採購招標法，一切還是需要公開透明的透過人民和所有在野黨的監督，就算再怎麼緊急，都還是要依法行政。因此這與國王的新衣無關，而是民間與公部門流程確實不同的地方。
