位於新北市泰山區的「楓樹河濱公園」，種植整排約150至200公尺的「蒜香藤」，每年10月底時，一串串花穗垂掛枝頭，盛開時彷彿紫色瀑布，相當壯觀。在地居民表示，蒜香藤賞花期僅約7至10天，若遇到下雨或強風，花季就會提前結束 。
