各國推動能源轉型都曾經遇到問題，也都在面對克服，更沒有停止下來。台灣因為國土地狹人稠，土地使用更多元，轉型的挑戰也會比各國更大。面對複雜的處境與問題，必須揭露不同價值選擇的後果，讓社會公眾理解並做出選擇。至於「民進黨對台灣的“作為“」則是撰文者另外加上的評論。
