2022年5月13日7-11內部也公告，因系統故障無法正常結帳，要門市人員在系統修復前先用手開發票方式結帳，以臨時收據逐筆登錄販賣明細、金額等，待收銀機恢復正常後，再依登錄明細輸入收銀機並開立發票。
