內容只是誇大了賣美元換人民幣的份額，歐洲央行儲備外匯或美金現金總額的一部份換成人民幣而已，份額不到 3% ，但的確有意向持續人民幣，減持美金。這是國際貨幣基金會研討已久的題目，早在 2015 便提上日程，並沒有突如其來或轟動。
