勞動部澄清：勞工只要依勞基法年滿65歲退休年齡，可自由選擇要領取勞保年金或勞雇協商延後退休繼續工作；退休制度完全沒有改變，也一定領得到勞保年金；絕對沒有傳「提前強迫60歲退休，勞保年金領取須年滿75歲」情事。
