民眾於各大拍賣平臺或Facebook販賣商品，詐團假冒買家諮詢，隨後佯稱「金流遭凍結」或「購買失敗」等，要求民眾聯繫客服並傳送假客服聯繫資料。
民眾於聯繫客服諮詢前，請務必確認「客服網站」或「客服LINE帳號」是否為正版客服，若客服要求您進行「匯款金流驗證」，就是詐騙。
