2. 多酚類物質、植化素、Omega-3多元不飽和脂肪酸等營養素,確實都具抗發炎的效果,但飲食仍須均衡,配合運動習慣,同時保持少糖、少精緻/加工食品、少反式脂肪,才能避免身體慢性發炎。
