新冠疫苗預約平台開放第四輪預約登記，共計有144萬位民眾將收到簡訊，對象包含曾於第三輪登記預約及施打時，受基隆/宜蘭颱風影響暫停接種者、已收過簡訊未預約者及1983年12月31日(含)以前出生者等勾選願施打AZ疫苗者，依照長幼有序原則進行分配，預約時間至7月29日中午12時止，施打時間為2021年7月30至8月6日。
