學者明居正上過很多次政論節目《台灣最前線》，但僅是代表他個人的意見。長期鑽研中國政治的台大學者明居正表示，如果他是中共，絕對不會只介入一方，一定介入兩方，中共的習慣是這樣，中共的作為是，台灣內部只要團結了，然後證明民主有效的話，一黨專政就崩潰了，所以他一定要想辦法證明民主是無效的。
