詐騙集團自稱技術部門來博取信任，以解密為由要求受害者提供身分證，以竊取個資；又要求受害者支付「押金」才能領錢，騙取受害者的錢財。
真正的交易所不會要求使用者提供押金來解鎖帳戶，更不會透過LINE、微信或社群聯繫用戶要求付款。
