iRent 網站可查到車損保障最高自負額為新台幣1萬元，承租人另須支付維修期間的營業損失(最高20日)，其他租車業者如gogoout和Zipcar也都有類似制度，iRent的規定並不特別，有關車禍事故處理感受部分應屬個人意見。
