交通部最新調整交通違規記點的做法，日後臨停路口、公車站、消防栓及併排等違規行為，只要不妨礙交通，且被勸導時馬上駛離，都不會再收到罰單了，交通部呼籲，不論是駕駛人或行人，在道路都應遵守各項交通管理規定，維護安全的用路環境與秩序。
