不少民眾近期檢查電子信箱時，可能會收到有關衛福部「紓困 4.0 方案」或「COVID-19 補助計畫」的郵件，點開來會出現帶有衛福部 LOGO 的介面，要你輸入手機號碼認證並填寫身分證明資料。經查證，「紓困 4.0 方案」早已在 2021 年結束，這些都是假冒的衛福部網站，甚至出現 5.0 的方案版
