中油說明：
1.現行油價公式自99年1月6日修訂以來，一直沿用至今，並未調整。
2.根據調查指標油價曾漲到104美元期間，共計有5次，當時98無鉛汽油價格皆高達每公升36.9至37.2元間，並無謠傳所稱國際油價漲到104美元，98油價僅29.8元的情事。
